Refunds and returns
1. If you find that the product is damaged, mis-sent, or in insufficient quantity after receiving the goods, please keep the invoice and email to lumihk.cs@gmail.com within seven days of the delivery date to apply for return or replacement. When applying, please provide the order number, copy of the invoice, reason for return or exchange, and photos of the problematic product so that we can process it.
2. Once your return application is approved, we will arrange to take back the product you returned. After inspecting the returned product, we will arrange return and replacement, or help you exchange for other products.
3. If the discount period has expired at the time of redemption, you will not be able to enjoy the same discount as at the time of purchase. The product price shall be as shown on the day of ordering.
4. If the price of the replacement product is higher than the price of the returned product, the difference must be paid.
5. The freight paid will not be refunded; those who successfully apply for return and refund will need to pay the return freight.
6. An order can only be returned once, and any request for return or exchange of any damaged goods due to personal/personal reasons will not be accepted.
7. All gifts are non-refundable.
