Shipping Policy

It takes 3-5 working days for delivery after the official website receives order confirmation, and SF Express is used by default.

1. SF Express Shipping Service: Available for any order; if the purchase amount exceeds HK$400 (calculated after discount), you can enjoy one free local shipping service.

2. If the information provided is incorrect or/and the package cannot be picked up or is overdue, you will need to pay the surcharge charged by SF Express.

3. Only one delivery location per order.

4. After confirming the order, the goods you purchased will be shipped according to the address filled in on the order. If you change the address after submitting the address or during the delivery of the goods, the company reserves the right to charge you additional delivery fees.

5. We will deliver the products you order to the delivery address you provide through our staff or third-party suppliers. When the product is delivered to the delivery address you provided, you must receive the product in person (unless you have given us special instructions to leave the delivery items outside the door or at the lobby management office (you shall bear the risk of the delivery product being lost in any case for such delivery)). If you are unable to receive the product for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.

6. When the product you purchased has been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the product. Once the products have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
