Know about Olive Oil
100% pure juice squeezed from ripe fruits
This "extra virgin olive oil" is directly pressed from fully ripe olives. It has a rich aroma and full olive flavor.
High-quality extra virgin olive oil will have different "tastes and aromas" depending on its origin, variety, and the time from harvest to pressing. Just like wine tasting, it is a pleasure to find the taste you like.
Inoue Seikoen's persistence
Olive fruits change from green to reddish purple and then to black as they ripen.
The owner divided the maturity into "8 stages" and found that olive oils of different maturity levels have obvious flavor differences.
We only use fruits with a maturity of 5 to 7 to make "full-ripened olive oil".
Exquisite olive oil created with our Spanish partner farm "Luke's"
In order to provide a stable supply of olive oil, we have been producing olive oil in cooperation with "Luke's" which is an organic and pesticide-free olive grower in Spain, the world's largest olive producing country, for 15 years.
"We hope to deliver safe, secure and high-quality products to our customers with the professional vision of olive farmers." Based on this concept, the owner of the olive grove and the person in charge of pressing, Ohtsubo, travels to Spain every year to confirm the quality.
The gift of nature, the birth of "golden oil" - extra virgin olive oil
In 1958, the "Seven Country Study" conducted by Dr. Kitz and others in the United States showed that Mediterranean countries with high olive oil intake had lower serum cholesterol levels and lower heart disease mortality rates than other regions such as the United States.
The secret to a healthy and long life lies in eating habits
Currently, the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet, a dietary habit along the Mediterranean coast, have been confirmed by many studies and have received widespread attention.
Its characteristics include daily intake of vegetables, dairy products, nuts and fruits, as well as daily use of olive oil. Especially along the Mediterranean coast, olive cultivation is prevalent and many local dishes make extensive use of extra virgin olive oil, which supports people's health.
This oil is delicious whether you pour it directly on or heat it up. It is convenient and practical!
If you only use this oil to pair with bread or salad, try using mature olive oil in your everyday cooking. It is heat-resistant and can fully bring out the flavor of the ingredients. It still tastes good even after cooling, making it very suitable for making prepared dishes.
